Localign writes the report, lesson plan or memo you ask for, opens it next to the conversation and keeps it up to date while you talk. Edit it yourself, let Localign make changes, and download it as Word or PDF when it's done.

Supplier costs rose 8% since the summer. We propose moving the second rollout to January to stay within the approved budget.
Three of four sites are live. Training for the last site starts on 4 November.

While Localign works, the conversation shows what it is doing: which document it opened, which section it wrote, what it replaced. When it's done, you get a short summary and the document is saved as Word and PDF.

It's your document. Change anything.
The panel is a full editor with headings, lists, bold and italic, alignment and page breaks. Your edits save automatically. Each change by you or by Localign becomes a version you can go back to.
- Your work is never lost: close the chat and pick up the document later, exactly where you left it.
- Versions show who made each change: you, the assistant, or an automatic update.
- Open the document from an older answer to see it as it was then, read-only.
- If you and Localign edit at the same moment, Localign refuses the outdated save and asks you to reload. Nothing gets overwritten silently.
Approve what Localign changed, one edit at a time
Switch on "Show changes" to see exactly what Localign added, removed or changed since you last looked. Accept or reject each change, or all of them at once. Need to send it to someone who reviews in Word? Download "Word with changes" and the edits arrive as normal tracked changes.
- Each change is marked as Added, Removed or Changed, with the old and new text side by side.
- Step through the changes one by one, then accept all or reject all.
- "Word with changes (.docx)" keeps Localign's edits as real Word tracked changes.
The pilot runs in three four locations from January. Each location gets a contact person and a short training before the start.
Documents are just one of the things Localign makes
Ask for a chart, a cleaned-up spreadsheet or a picture and it appears right under the answer, ready to download. Files Localign creates are also kept in the conversation's Attachments, so you can find them later.
The Scripts panel shows the code that ran and its output, so you can check how a chart or file was made.
Charts
Localign runs code on your data and draws the chart. Use "Show data" to see the numbers behind it.
Data files
CSV and other files appear as downloads, and you can preview a CSV as a table before you download it.
Diagrams
Flowcharts and diagrams render in the answer. Download them as SVG or PNG.
Images
Generated images appear under the answer, and Localign can place them in your document.

Each download uses a link that expires after a short time.
