About the Localign app
Localign is a secure AI workspace for organisations. Teams use it to access approved AI models and internal assistants, in a private, controlled environment. This page explains what the app does and how signing in works.

A managed workspace for AI at work
Administrators choose which models are available and which assistants employees can use. Everyone works inside one controlled, policy-aware environment.
Users sign in to ask questions, compare models, and work with internal assistants, without company data leaving the secured workspace.
How signing in works
You choose how to sign in
Sign in with your email and password, or continue with your Google or Microsoft work account. Google and Microsoft sign-in are optional, offered mainly for organisations that already manage employee identity through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Every method only verifies who you are, never to read your email, files, or calendar.
Localign creates or matches your account
Your name, email, and profile picture set up your account and connect you to the right organisation.
You enter your secure workspace
You start working immediately, inside your organisation's policy and security controls.
What Google & Microsoft sign-in shares
Both providers pass the same basic account details, and only these, so Localign can create your account.

Nothing flows in, nothing flows back
Signing in does not grant Localign access to your Google or Microsoft content, and nothing from Localign is shared back with them.

- No Localign account or workspace data is sent to Google or Microsoft
How your data is handled
Account data from sign-in is used only to authenticate you and run your workspace.
- Data hosted in the EU
- Never sold or used to train AI models
- Removed when your account is deleted
Signing in with email and password involves no third-party account. Localign's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This applies specifically to signing in. Elsewhere in Localign, Google's Gemini model is available as an optional AI model that an organisation can choose to activate on a per-query basis — a separate decision, unrelated to how you sign in.
