Localign supports bring-your-own-model (BYOM). You can connect any major AI model and choose which model handles each conversation. Admins control which models are available to the team.

How does Localign protect sensitive data?

Localign automatically scans prompts for personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive data before it reaches the AI model. Localign flags sensitive content and asks for confirmation before sharing, keeping your data within your organisation.

Can administrators control which AI models employees use?

Yes. Administrators can define which AI models are available to the organisation, set usage policies by role, and maintain a full audit log of activity.

Does Localign work with documents and email?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Localign can read, summarise, and help write documents and emails. You can select an email, describe what to say, and the assistant composes the reply.

Where is Localign data stored?

All data processed through Localign is stored and processed within the European Union. Localign uses EU-based infrastructure at every layer of the stack, with no data transfers outside the EU/EEA.
